The Revenge of Michael Myers’ in Myers Home

Michael Myers was up to all sorts of no good by the time we got around to Halloween 5. The film took the franchise in all new directions. Of course, the film didn’t do very well and unfortunately, the box office numbers didn’t help keep the franchise’s direction going for very long. On Set Cinema is having a special screening of Halloween 5 at the Myer’s house in Salt Lake City. In addition to watching the film, the package will include lodging and some other very cool items.

Before you say anything, we know that the original Myers house isn’t in Salt Lake. It turns out that ultra-fan Kenny Caperton built a replica Myers home in Salt Lake City. This house is a replica that comes with a few spooky surprises that horror fans will definitely be into.

The synopsis for Halloween 5 goes like this:

After lying in a coma for a year, Michael Myers (Donald L. Shanks) awakens and stalks his way back to his small hometown in Illinois, intent on killing his niece, Jamie (Danielle Harris), who has been confined to a mental institution since Michael’s last attempt to slay her. Suspecting a psychic link between Michael and Jamie, psychiatrist Dr. Sam Loomis (Donald Pleasence) joins forces with Sheriff Ben Meeker (Beau Starr) and attempts to stop Michael’s latest rampage.

ON SET CINEMA is an ongoing film series that takes fandom a step further with rare movie screenings of cult favorites and horror classics at their actual filming locations. Created by Kenny Caperton, who lives in a life-size replica of Michael Myers’ house from John Carpenter’s original Halloween.

The Halloween 5 screening and event take place on August 25, 2023. Head over to On Set Cinema to get your admission early and while they last. While you are there be sure to check out all the other cool horror screenings being produced by On Set Cinema.
